Overall, the fundamental copyright issues for digital presentation files (video, slides, and/or posters) are similar to those of a standard meeting abstract.Īll presenting authors are required to read and agree to the ECS Meeting Abstracts Copyright Release, and confirm that they have secured the necessary permissions for any third party images, figures, or graphs used in their presentations. To record traditional poster presentations, first choose one of the recording methods recommended below, view your poster in Adobe Acrobat Reader full screen, and record the Acrobat window as you zoom in on different sections of the poster. Then, upload a recording of yourself giving that presentation.įor slide shows, see detailed instructions below. In either case, upload the presentation as a PDF file for easy inspection by meeting participants. OR, design your presentation as a slide show. A text-rich scientific poster is still acceptable. If you are scheduled for a poster presentation, you have several options. You may choose any of the suggested approaches to make the recording. Then record yourself giving that slide presentation.
